Meaning of Service
- When we look in
the yellow pages and come across the phrase “Sales
and Service”, we
assume that means "they sell stuff and they fix stuff". At
Chitt-Tronics,
service
means much, much more.
First of all, Chitt-Tronics serves not only residential customers,
but also small and large commercial accounts, Construction firms,
the Healthcare industry, and more.
Along with the wide selection of consumer electronics available,
Chitt-Tronics also provides pre-wiring of new homes for
telephone/data networking, satellite television, multi room audio
distribution, home theatre and video distribution.
At Chitt-Tronics,
service
starts with
education. We
educate and inform our customers about current and emerging
technology, to help them make the right choices. Confusion and
frustration create misery. Eliminating the confusion and frustration
through education creates happiness. A happy, well-informed client
will keep coming back, and will recommend us to their friends. |
Of course service
entails installation. From the simplest television delivery
to complex, year long commercial projects, we are with our clients
through every step, start to finish, and beyond.
Once the system has been
installed, Chitt-Tronics commitment to service
doesn't stop there. There is usually a brief period of
fine-tuning and troubleshooting; "working out the bugs".
Once the system is deemed to
be 100% functional and problem free, the education process
continues. In many cases, we write customized "user-guides" which
shortens the learning curve and allows our clients to begin enjoying
their new system right away.
Even after everything seems
complete, there will always be questions. Service
means support. We are only a phone call away, and most
issues can be resolved over the phone or by e-mail. If not, we still
do house-calls. In fact, Cory loves to get calls on his cell phone
anytime between midnight and 4am, so feel free to give him a ring.

WE SERVICE WHAT WE SELL! We wouldn't have it any
other way.
Chitt-Tronics has two service vans to serve our rural areas and
deliver the friendly service you won't get from a big box
store. We can travel to your home
to install your Star Choice Satellite or connect you
to high speed internet with Xplornet. We can also deliver and set
up televisions when purchased from us.
We provide other shop labour such as installing audio systems in your vehicle,
wiring trailers and campers, installing Maxon & Kenwood 2-way
radios, installing AstroStart remote car starters and installing automotive accessories (see links to your left).
Please note that effective April 2, 2007, we will be accepting
for repair
only PANASONIC electronics
that have been purchased from CHITT-TRONICS.
